Submit an Application to Blessed Sacrament Catholic School
Applications are open in October for new students looking to join Blessed Sacrament School Savannah for the upcoming school year. These can be accessed through our Admissions Portal. Upon submitting your application, a non-refundable application fee per child is required.
For those considering a mid-year transfer to Blessed Sacrament Catholic School, please reach out to our school office to begin the application process.
All prospective students, whether new or transferring, who are seeking admission to Blessed Sacrament School must provide the following documentation with their application:
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Immunization form 3231 (Note: religious exemptions are not accepted)
- Copy of Hearing/Vision/Dental form 3300 (EED Form)
- Copy of Report Cards – including the current year progress report and the last 2 years’ final report cards (for rising 1st-8th graders)
- Copy of Standardized Test Results – current year test scores and last 2 years’ test scores (for rising 3rd-8th graders)
